This policy covers the Enrolio marketing website (enrol.io). It does not cover the separate Enrolio platform that clubs and schools use to manage their students; that service has its own terms and privacy notice.

When you enquire about Enrolio or join an early-access list, we may collect:

• Your name and job or role at the club
• Club or organisation name
• Email address and phone number
• The sector or discipline you are interested in (for example, dance, gymnastics, cheer)
• Approximate number of students
• Any notes or questions you choose to add

When you book a live demo, the booking is handled through our scheduling partner. We receive the details you submit on that booking form (typically name, email, phone and any other information you choose to provide).

We also collect standard technical information when you browse the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is described in the Cookies and analytics section below.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry or demo request
• Add you to the relevant early-access list and notify you when that feature or discipline is available
• Send you occasional marketing emails about Enrolio, such as product updates, offers and events

We share lead and demo data with our CRM and marketing automation provider, HubSpot, so we can manage enquiries, send emails and book meetings. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website.

Both providers act as data processors under their own agreements and security measures. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

HubSpot and Google Analytics operate services globally. Where your data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, it is protected by standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards approved by the UK/EU.

We keep lead and demo enquiry data for 2 years from your last interaction with us. After that, we delete or anonymise it unless we have a legal reason to keep it for longer (for example, to resolve a dispute or meet a tax or accounting obligation).
