Is there a monthly subscription cost?+
No - our model works the same way as Shopify. You only pay transaction fees, so there are no monthly commitments meaning you don't pay when there aren't any classes.
What are the fees?+
Enrol.io charges 3% inc. VAT on all transactions. To use the platform, each school/club signs up to Stripe, our secure banking partner (Stripe fees are 1.5% + 20p per transaction).
I have lots of teachers - do I pay more?+
No - there is no limit on the number of users on the platform, whether teachers or parents.
Is my school too small or too big to work with Enrolio?+
Absolutely not. We currently have schools and clubs from 25 to 925 students using Enrolio.
Can we bill monthly, termly or half-termly?+
Yes - Enrolio supports monthly, termly, half-termly and ad-hoc billing. You can run different rhythms for different classes or families.
Can parents pay in instalments?+
Yes. Payment plans let you split fees into manageable instalments, with automated collection and reminders so you don't have to chase.
Can we take deposits for camps?+
Yes. You can take a deposit to secure a camp or workshop place, then collect the balance automatically before the event starts.
Are discounts supported?+
Yes - sibling, multi-class and scholarship discounts are built in. Set the rules once and they apply automatically at checkout.
We take termly payments at the moment?+
No problem - the system handles termly, monthly, half-termly and payment-plan frequencies. That said, parents usually prefer monthly budgeting, and we'd recommend considering it if you're planning to grow.
What about WiFi at the venue?+
Our software works offline and syncs as soon as it has connectivity - speedy and reliable regardless of internet at your venue.
How do we transfer our data to Enrol.io?+
Our automated system extracts all your existing data. It's checked (and checked again) before going live on your end. And if you're still stuck, we'll do it for you!
